Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

This promotion is open to UK & Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

  1. Opening/Closing Date & Time
    1. The Promotional Period will open daily at 08.00 GMT to 23.00 GMT (the "Promotional Hours") from 01/05/25 (the "Opening Date") until 27/09/25 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Promotional Period"). All entries received outside the Promotional Hours or after the Closing Date shall not be accepted.

    2. The promotion is also available to those who enter in a pub, bar or other participating outlet by scanning a QR code on glassware or promotional materials.
    3. Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.
  3. How to Enter
    1. To enter residents of UK only: Purchase a Promotional Pack instore or online, or purchase a Pint, Bottle of Asahi Super Dry in outlet, scan the QR code on pack, on outlet glassware or on promotional materials to visit www.asahisuperdrycomps.co.uk. Confirm age, country of residence and complete the form (including name, age and email address).
    2. To enter residents of Republic of Ireland only: Purchase a Promotional Pack instore or online, or purchase a Pint, Bottle or Serve of Asahi Super Dry in outlet, scan the QR code on pack, on outlet glassware or on promotional materials to visit www.asahisuperdrycomps.co.uk. Confirm age, country of residence and complete the form (including name, age and email address). Complete the game of skill by navigating the player through the field without colliding into the opposing players, 10 bonus points are applied for collecting trophies. Ties will be separated by the by the winner being the attempt that survived the longest.
    3. Maximum of two (2) entries per day, per person, per email address only. Maximum of one (1) of each prize per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. If you win one (1) of all prize types, please do not continue to enter the promotion, as you will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
    4. Entrants must have internet access to enter this Promotion.
    5. Purchase of Promotional Product in either instore, online or outlet is necessary to enter the Promotion in UK and ROI.
    6. UK and ROI entrants must retain their receipt or order confirmation for online purchases as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry. The Promotor, acting in its sole discretion, may request evidence of this before awarding any prizes.
    7. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
    8. For UK entrants only: During the main Promotional Period, the 419 prizes will be randomly assigned to winning moments via an algorithm with prizes seeded over the Promotional Period. If your time of entry matches the winning moment or you are the first person to enter after the winning moment has passed, then you will be awarded the prize. There is a total of 419 winning moments available across the Promotional Period. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will be deferred to the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee is given that all prizes will be won during the Main Promotional Period. All prizes are available to be won. Any prizes unclaimed following the close of the Main Promotional Period will be added into a mop-up draw. See Clause 10 for further information regarding the mop-up draw.     9. For ROI entrants only: During the main Promotional Period, there will be a total of 102 prizes available to be won across 2 phases in which prizes will be allocated using a leader board mechanic where each winner will receive the prize designated to their rank on the leaderboard from a pre-determined list corresponding to their ranking. The winners will be the participants who complete the game of skill and accrue the highest score, the event of multiple participants with the same score, the longest time played per entry will be awarded the highest rank on the leaderboard.
      1. Phase 1 shall take place between 01/05/25 to 27/08/25. During phase 1, the 1st-25th highest scoring participants will be allocated a prize of Women’s Rugby World Cup merchandise from a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 1st-100th as follows:

      Any prizes unclaimed following the close of each phase will be reallocated to the next highest winner on the leaderboard in accordance with clause 11. See Clauses 9 and 12 for further information on winner notification, winner verification & prize delivery.

    10. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    11. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  4. The Prizes
    1. The Prizes consist of:
      1. UK entrants: 10x2 pool match tickets, 3x2 tickets package to Women’s RWC 2025 Final, 6x2 tickets package to semi-final, 400 items of merch. All tickets package prizes are for a winner and one guest (both winner and guest must be 18+).
      2. ROI entrants: 1x2 tickets package to Women’s RWC 2025 Final & 100 items of merch. All tickets package prizes are for a winner and one guest.
    2. The Prizes are separated into two phases. Women’s Rugby World Cup Tickets Packages are only available to win up until 27/08/25. Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 merchandise are available to win throughout the entirety of the promotion until the promotion end date on 27/09/25.

    3. There are 419 prizes to be won for UK entrants as an online instant win via winning moments. There are 101 prizes to be won for ROI entrants as part of a game of skill awarding prizes via a leader board. There are 520 prizes to be won over the entire Promotion for UK and ROI entrants combined.
    4. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

  6. Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 Additional Terms for Ticket Winners
    1. Winners of Women’s RWC 2025 tickets must comply with the following additional terms:
    2. Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time as available and set out at https://media.ticketmaster.co.uk/tm/en-gb/img/static/pdf/2025/wrwc/terms_and_conditions.pdf or such other webpage as determined by World Rugby Events Designated Activity Company ("WRED") from time to time) and all applicable WRED and tournament organiser "Tournament Organiser") and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by WRED). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.
      1. Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Women’s Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Women’s Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Women’s Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 6.1.2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED.
      2. Data Protection: By completing the WRWC25 Winners Acceptance Form you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else.
      3. Use of Data: The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or tournament organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.
      4. Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 202520272029 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion, except in relation to the handling of personal data it may receive from the Promoter.
  7. Winner Notification – UK Online Instant Win
    1. UK Winners will be notified instantly via the microsite when they enter, which of the prizes they have won and how to claim their prize. Non-winning entrants will also receive an on-screen message advising them that they were unsuccessful. UK winners will be required to confirm their name and email address on-screen at time of the winning moment.
    2. All winners will instantly receive a winning confirmation email (the "Winning Confirmation Email"), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Further detail below:
      1. Ticket package winners: each winner will be required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility, their date of birth, home address details and acceptance of the prize. Winners will be asked to provide proof of their ID and date of birth by sharing a photo copy of valid government issued ID, this can include driving license or passport. Winners will be be asked to confirm proof of purchase by sharing an image of their product receipt. This is at the promoter’s discretion.
      2. Merch winners: each winner will be required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility, their date of birth, address details and acceptance of the prize. Winners will be asked to provide proof of their ID and date of birth by sharing a photo copy of valid ID, this can include driving license or passport. Winners may be asked to confirm proof of purchase by sharing an image of their product receipt. This is at the promoter’s discretion.
  8. Winner Notification – ROI Leader Board
    1. ROI Winners will be chosen using a leader board mechanic to allocate prizes during each phase, as set out at clause 4.9 above.
      1. Ticket package winners: each winner will be chosen by reviewing the leader board on 28/08/25. The winners will be notified by the Winning Confirmation Email (using details provided at entry) by 29/08/25. Winners are required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility, their age, address details and acceptance of the prize. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID, this can include driving license or passport. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Winners may be asked to confirm proof of purchase by sharing an image of their product receipt. This is at the promoter’s discretion.
      2. Merch winners: each winner will be chosen by reviewing the leader board at the end of each phase – i.e. for phase 1 on 27/08/2025 and for phase 2 on 27/09/25. Winners will be allocated the prize which corresponds to their leader board ranking for the relevant phase. The winners in phase 1 will be notified by Winning Confirmation Email (using details provided at entry) by 28/08/25. The winners for phase 2 will be notified by Winning Confirmation Email (using details provided at entry) by 28/09/25. Winners are required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility, their age, address details and acceptance of the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID, this can include driving license or passport. Winners may be asked to confirm proof of purchase by sharing an image of their product receipt. This is at the promoter’s discretion.
  9. Mop-Up Prizes: Prize Draw – UK only
    1. For Women’s RWC 2025 pool tickets: A mop-up draw will take place for all unclaimed prizes from the Promotional Period on the 01/08/2025 (the "Draw Date"). This will be via a randomised computer process conducted by an independent third-party. All unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the mop-up draw. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 3 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. For Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 pool tickets, the mop-up draw process will repeat until 1 week prior to the first pool match date (15/08/25). At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
    2. For Women’s RWC 2025 ticket packages: A mop-up draw will take place for all unclaimed prizes from the promotional period on the 28/08/2025 (the "Draw Date"). This will be via a randomised computer process conducted by an independent third-party. All unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the mop-up draw. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 3 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. For Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 ticket packages, the mop-up draw process will repeat until 1 week prior to the ticket package date (13/09/25 for the semi-final and 20/09/25 for the final). At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
    3. For Women’s RWC 2025 merch: A mop-up draw will take place for all unclaimed prizes from the promotional period on the 28/09/25 (the "Draw Date"). This will be via a randomised computer process. All unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the mop-up draw. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 10 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat for 3 months after the mop-up draw until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. At the end of the 3 months, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
  10. Mop-Up Prizes: Leader Board – ROI
    1. For Women’s RWC 2025 ticket packages: A mop-up leader board will take place for all unclaimed prizes from the promotional period on the 28/08/25. The prize will be allocated to the entrant who is next in line on the leader board, who has not yet claimed a prize. The leader board is created as per clause 4.9.Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of review of the leader board and will be required to respond within 3 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select the next eligible winner from the leader board with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. For Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 ticket packages, this process will repeat until 1 week prior to the ticket package date. At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
    2. For Women’s RWC 2025 merch: A mop-up draw will take place for all unclaimed prizes from the promotional period on the 28/09/25 (the "Draw Date"). This will be via a randomised computer process. All unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the mop-up draw. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 10 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat for 3 months after the mop-up draw until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. At the end of the 3 months, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
  11. Winner Verification & Prize Delivery
    1. Pool Tickets/Ticket package winners: The prize will delivered as e-tickets to your email address provided no later than 3 days before the event date.
    2. Merch winners: The prize will be delivered to the winners by first-class post within 28 days of being notified of their win and the completion of the verification process.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Specific terms and conditions above. Together, they shall be referred to as the "terms and conditions".
  2. Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above.
  3. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and any associated government restrictions, or industry-wide supply chain issues, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.
  4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
  5. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
  7. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  9. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of ticket package prize winners, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing contact@asahisuperdry.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via contact@asahisuperdry.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering any Promotion.
  12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  13. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
  14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  16. The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion must submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless your residential address is in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland where local law applies.
